Return Policy
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date. Return shipping costs are not covered by Aininna. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and can be obtained by following the instructions below.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition with all accompanying documentation and must be shipped back within 30 days.
For faster exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Refunds typically take up to two weeks to process.
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within five days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Non-Refundable Items

Non-Resizable Items
Certain rings, such as eternity bands with fixed gemstones per size, ornate or milgrain bands, and rings made of alternative metals, cannot be resized. Please ensure you order the correct size. Contact customer service or use our online ring sizer tool for guidance.
International Returns
Returning items via alternate carriers (such as Canada Post) may incur additional shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any fees incurred when receiving your package.

- Condition: Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Packaging: Include all original packaging, certificates, and promotional items.
- Modifications: Items must not have been resized or modified by a third party.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- It may take up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
- Store Credit Option: Instead of a refund, you can choose store credit for future purchases. Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
Ring Resizing Policy
- One-Time Free Resizing: Available for rings within 30 days of delivery.
- Size Range: Resizing is limited to the options available on the Aininna website.
- Modifications: Width and thickness alterations are not included.
- Timeframe: Resizing takes approximately 25 business days after inspection by our Quality Assurance team.
Warranty
Aininna provides a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Not Covered
- Normal Wear & Tear: Thinning bands, worn prongs, etc.
- Chemical Damage: Perfumes, cleaning agents, or other harsh substances.
- Loss or Accidental Damage: Stones or components lost due to mishandling.
- Unauthorized Repairs/Modifications: Warranty is void if altered by a third party.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Choose a carrier and initiate your return.
You may use a carrier of your choice. An RMA number is required and must be written on the outside of the return package.
2. Securely package your item(s).
Use the original packing materials. Include diamond grading reports or appraisals for refunds and exchanges. Reports are not required for resizes. If a diamond report is missing, a $150 replacement fee will be charged.
For security, do not write our company name on the outside of the box.
3. Insure your shipment.
We strongly recommend insuring your return for its full value.
After We Receive Your Return

Returns are processed on weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours.

Refunds are initiated within three business days and may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. Bank wire refunds take seven to 10 business days.

Orders paid via PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account within two weeks.

For exchanges, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation once the new item is dispatched.
Order Changes or Cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us at contact@aininna.com. We will attempt to accommodate changes before shipping. Some modifications may cause shipping delays. Special orders and shipped orders cannot be altered or canceled, but returns can be arranged after receipt.
