Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
Standard shipping is free. However, return shipping costs are not covered by Aininna.
You will receive an estimated delivery date based on processing, production, and shipping times. Please note that this is not a guaranteed arrival date. Estimates are calculated for major cities—deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Aininna is not responsible for delays in offshore or remote locations with limited postal service.
For faster delivery, you can choose Express or Premium Shipping. These options reduce processing and production time but do not guarantee a specific delivery date. If paying via bank transfer, the estimated delivery time starts once Aininna receives your payment. We do not refund shipping costs for payment-related delays.
Insured Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS/Fedex, and delivery times vary by location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package ships. All shipments are insured during transit.
Please accept the package in person, as Aininna is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery. If your package is returned due to unavailability, re-delivery costs may apply.
If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam/junk folder. If your tracking status does not update for several days, contact customer service for assistance. If an issue arises, Aininna will work with the carrier to resolve it with minimal inconvenience to you.
Before accepting your package, inspect it for damage. If damaged, refuse delivery and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
Delivery Address
Orders must be delivered to a physical address (home or business). P.O. box deliveries are not insured, and Aininna is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or address changes. If shipping to a different address than your billing address, ensure your credit card or financing company has it on file.
For security reasons, shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed after placing an order. If unavailable at the time of delivery, contact customer support to request a shipment delay.
Offshore & International Deliveries
Shipments outside the mainland may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. Aininna does not cover these additional costs and will not provide refunds for them.
